Each release card can display a booking image, full name, residence, arresting agency, booking number, bond amount, Reason Released, charges, and booked and released timestamps. That grouping is vital. It connects the photograph to one booking and gives the image a custody context.
A person can have more than one booking, so compare the booking number and dates before relying on the image. Charges on a card are booking allegations, not the final court disposition. Reason Released may show bond, recognizance, time served, a court or prosecutor action, or transfer. A transfer means Noble County Jail custody ended while custody may have continued elsewhere.

Noble County Mugshot Access Channels

Commercial republications can be stale and may omit release or court context. They are not authoritative sources, and no commercial mugshot, data-broker, or paid-removal service is linked or endorsed.
Noble County Mugshot Placeholder Policy
Noble County voluntarily displays images on many released-inmate cards, but the site substitutes a “no image” graphic when a card lacks a displayed photograph. A placeholder says only that the current web card has no visible image. It does not prove that the jail never took or retained a booking photograph.
Oklahoma's mandatory jail-register disclosure under 51 O.S. §24A.8 expressly includes facts such as the prisoner's name, cause and date of commitment, committing authority, description, and date of discharge or escape, if the register is kept. It does not expressly name the booking photograph. Ask for the image, but let the records custodian decide access, format, exemptions, and any lawful redaction.

Request Noble County Booking Photos
Use the Sheriff's Records Request page for an older or missing jail image. The Records Division keeps Sheriff's Office records and links its written request form. The public page lists copies and reports at $0.25 per page, but it does not publish a separate electronic-photo fee, a response deadline, an email submission address, or a retention schedule. Ask about each point before assuming it.

- Record the full name, date of birth if lawfully known, booking number, case number, and a narrow range of booking dates.

Noble County Mugshot or ODOC Portrait
A county booking image and an ODOC offender portrait are different records. The Noble County image comes from a local jail booking. The OK Offender Search photograph comes from Oklahoma state custody or supervision and can carry its own image date. It may show a different age, hairstyle, or point in the custody sequence.
Match an ODOC portrait with the DOC number, identifiers, Status, Current Facility, reception details, and sentence rows. A person released only from Noble County Jail may never enter the state system. Conversely, a Noble card marked Transferred to Another Facility may lead to ODOC if the person entered state custody. Do not substitute an ODOC photo for the Noble booking photo without naming which agency made each image.

Noble County Registry Photo Limits
The ODOC Sex Offender Registry and Violent Offender Registry apply only to people whose legal status requires registration. They can include a photograph, physical description, offense, address, and registration data. Compare identifiers and read the registry's own limits.
Registry presence can persist after release because registration is a separate legal duty. Registry absence does not prove that a person was never booked or released. It is irrelevant for a person who is not subject to that registry. Likewise, VINE should be used for a specific custody status or alert, not as a substitute mugshot archive.

Noble County Mugshots After Expungement
Oklahoma distinguishes two forms of expungement that affect context in different ways. A Title 22 §18 order can seal the full arrest record. A §991(c) deferred-sentence expungement changes the court disposition to “pled not guilty, case dismissed,” but OSBI says it does not remove the arrest record.
