A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that powers that tool. The provider receives the query under its own privacy terms. Noble County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you send an email or use an available contact form, we keep the message and the information you supply long enough to respond and manage the exchange. We do not share a message outside the organization unless doing so is required by law or a valid legal process.
