Noble County Release Dates Defined
A projected release date is a sentence administrator's present estimate. An actual release is a completed custody event. Those two dates can match, but they are not interchangeable. ODOC can revise its projection as sentence data, credits, discipline, or court orders change. Noble County Jail records its own exit through a Released timestamp and the exact Reason Released. A transfer ends Noble County Jail custody while custody continues elsewhere.
Pretrial custody is different. A person awaiting a case outcome may have no fixed release date at all. Bond, another warrant, a detainer, a charging decision, or an order from the court may control the next step. Even after legal authority exists, the jail must finish its release process. The time an order was signed is not necessarily the time the person left the building.
Scheduled versus actual. Treat every future date as tentative. Confirm the completed event with the agency that had custody, not with a forecast alone.
Find a Noble County Release Date
Begin with the custody type and use the matching record. A single search cannot answer all Noble County release date questions. The sheriff documents Noble jail exits. ODOC maintains state sentence and discharge data. A federal sentence belongs in the BOP locator, while an immigration handoff belongs in ICE's system. Court records explain legal authority but do not record the door time.
- Check the Noble County in-custody roster to learn whether the person remains in the jail. Absence alone does not prove release.
- Read the sheriff's official released-inmates feed. Match the name with booking number, booked time, Released time, charges, and Reason Released.
- For a county sentence, obtain the judgment through ODCR or the correct Perry municipal case and ask jail records for the jail computation.
- For a state sentence, search the ODOC offender record by DOC number when possible, then compare every sentence row.
- After the event, confirm Noble jail release, ODOC discharge, or transfer in the record owned by that custodian.
The county's full named-person search and records-request route is available on the Noble County released inmates search. That path helps when the person is missing from both live sheriff lists.
Noble County Pretrial Release Dates
A pretrial detainee has not yet reached a final sentence calculation. A bond may be set, changed, posted, or challenged. A prosecutor may decline to file, the case may be dismissed, or a court may order release. Another county hold, federal matter, or immigration detainer can still prevent community release. For that reason, a court docket entry is evidence of a legal event, not a promise of an exact jail exit.
Use ODCR for Noble County district cases and Perry Municipal Court for municipal charges. The Noble release feed distinguishes Perry police municipal and district matters, so the court label matters. Pair the case entry with the sheriff's Released timestamp. If the reason is “Transferred to Another Facility,” continue to the receiving agency. Do not turn that local custody endpoint into a claim that the person returned to the community.
For a pending event, call Noble County Jail at 580-336-3517, extension 2. For an older event, use the sheriff's Records Division page and request form. Ask for the jail-register entry, booking/release record, date of discharge, recorded reason, and receiving agency if maintained.
Note: A bond receipt or court order may precede release processing, so the sheriff's recorded Released time remains the local event check.
Noble County Sentence Release Records
A person serving a short county sentence should not be assigned ODOC credit levels by assumption. The controlling sources are the judgment and the jail's calculation. The judgment identifies the imposed term and whether time already served counts. Jail staff can address how the order was applied, whether another hold exists, and which date the local record presently supports. If two dates conflict, ask what event each date represents.
The sheriff's public cards show booking and release times, charges, bond, arresting agency, booking number, and Reason Released. “Time Served” is an actual local exit code. “Weekend served” is also an observed reason, but it is not proof of a standard weekend schedule. Noble County publishes no verified standard release hour or general weekend-processing policy. A specific person's date therefore requires a specific record or direct confirmation.
- Judgment
- The court's formal sentence or order.
- Jail credit
- Legally recognized time applied to a sentence calculation.
- Detainer
- A request or hold connected to another custodian or case.
- Discharge
- The end recorded for a custody or sentence relationship, depending on the source.
ODOC Projected Release Date Fields
ODOC covers people received into Oklahoma state custody or state supervision. It is not the normal source for a jail-only Noble County case. Search by DOC number when known, or use name and identifiers. The expanded search can include appearance, facility, conviction date, court, CRF number, sentence, term code, statute, and statute code. Read the detail record as a set of linked fields, not as a single status word.
| ODOC field | How to read it |
|---|---|
| DOC number | Best identifier for matching the person across ODOC records. |
| Status | ACTIVE or INACTIVE needs context from placement and sentence rows. |
| Current Facility | “OUTSIDE” can mean community placement or supervision, not full discharge. |
| Reception Date | Shows entry into the ODOC record, not a future exit. |
| Sentence rows | May show court, case, offense, term, start date, and Discharged Date. |
| Projected Release Date | An estimate produced through sentence administration and subject to revision. |
The ODOC offender-information page explains important access limits and records contacts.
This official page is the right fallback when the public search lacks a clear state sentence or discharge answer.
Noble County Earned Credit Rules
For an eligible ODOC sentence, earned credits can affect the projected discharge framework. Under 57 O.S. §138 and the agency service guide, the general monthly class figures are 0, 22, 33, and 44 credits for Levels 1 through 4. Eligible enhanced Levels 3 and 4 may earn 45 or 60. These numbers are not automatic awards to every person. Eligibility, current class, conduct, achievements, sentence structure, and ODOC policy all matter.
Sentence staff begin with the imposed term, apply recognized jail credit, account for concurrent or consecutive terms, apply any statutory floor, and post authorized credits. Misconduct can remove credits. Some removed credits may be restored in the discretion described by §138(C). An audit, a corrected jail-time entry, or a new court order can also change the calculation. That is why a projection can move even when the original judgment stays the same.
For offenses specifically listed in 21 O.S. §13.1 and committed on or after March 1, 2000, ODOC policy applies an 85-percent confinement floor before parole eligibility. Credits cannot reduce confinement below that floor. The offense and date must be checked against current law. A broad charge label is not enough. ODOC policy separately describes a 50-percent floor for qualifying trafficking crimes effective November 1, 2018.
Parole Dates Are Not Releases
Parole eligibility is the point when the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board may consider release. It is not the projected discharge date. A docket date only says the matter is scheduled. A posted result may show a grant, recommendation, pass, or denial after validation. A violent-offense recommendation can still require action by the Governor, and administrative checks or other holds may remain.
Even a favorable result does not prove physical exit. Verify the state record through ODOC and use a custody alert for the event. The separate VINELink Release Check explains how to follow one person without treating a Board calendar as a release calendar.
What Changes Noble County Release Dates
A forecast changes when the inputs change. The source of the change also tells you which office can explain it.
| Factor | Possible effect | Best record |
|---|---|---|
| Earned credits | Eligible credits can move an ODOC projection within legal limits. | ODOC sentence record and monthly report |
| Misconduct | Credit loss can move the projection later. | ODOC sentence administration |
| Achievement credit | An authorized award may alter days remaining. | ODOC sentence record |
| Court correction | Jail credit, term structure, or an amended order can change the base. | Judgment plus agency audit |
| Parole action | Eligibility or a favorable decision begins another process, not instant release. | PPB result plus ODOC confirmation |
| Detainer or warrant | One custody may end while another begins. | Releasing and receiving custodians |
Appeals, commutation, waiver, or a new judicial order can also alter the path. Never calculate a named person's date from a news item or charge alone.
ODOC Projection, Noble Actual Release
ODOC publicly names its Projected Release Date worksheet, yet its offender-information guidance says an actual date is confidential without legitimate need and that dates remain tentative. Credit level, misconduct, and achievement credits can all alter the figure. This difference is central to Noble County release-date research: the public estimate helps plan a check, while the final agency record proves what occurred.
The local after-event check is the sheriff's Released timestamp for a Noble County Jail exit. A state case is stronger when the ODOC record becomes INACTIVE, the placement reads OUTSIDE in the right context, and the relevant sentence row carries a Discharged Date. One completed row does not end other open terms, so inspect all rows.
ODOC also states that an incarcerated person receives a monthly report of days remaining. That personal report can reflect changes not yet understood from a public screen, but it still belongs to the projection process. A lawful requester seeking an older or unclear state discharge can contact ODOC Closed Records at 405-425-2691 or use the documented discharge-record channel. Ask for the specific public sentence or discharge record instead of asking staff to invent a new calculation. Access limits and exemptions still apply.
Note: ODOC projection language predicts a state event; Noble's Released timestamp records a local event after jail processing is complete.
Confirm Noble County Actual Release
After the expected date passes, build a short evidence statement. For a Noble jail case, record the booking number, Released date and time, exact Reason Released, and whether a transfer is shown. Add the court case only to explain the legal action. For a state case, note the DOC number, status, placement, relevant sentence row, and Discharged Date. If the sources disagree, keep both access times and ask each custodian what its date represents.
Federal and immigration systems have their own boundaries. The BOP Inmate Locator can show a release date and “Released” or “Not in BOP Custody,” but that does not rule out supervision or custody elsewhere. ICE ODLS covers current detainees and releases from ICE custody within the prior 60 days. An ICE detainer can turn a local release into a handoff. USMS has no matching public person locator for federal pretrial custody, so the federal docket and receiving facility come first.
The most reliable conclusion stays narrow: name the source, custody type, recorded event, and any receiving agency. If no custodian confirms community release, state that it remains unconfirmed.
A focused Noble County evidence note can be brief. State which official record was checked, the booking or DOC identifier used, the event label, and the date and time shown. If a transfer appears, name the receiver only when the source identifies it. If the court order and custody event have different dates, preserve both and explain that they answer different questions. This approach avoids turning a tentative calculation into an unsupported promise.
