Search Noble County Released Inmates

Noble County released inmates no longer appear as current jail occupants, so the right lookup begins with the type of release and the agency that held the person. A search for Noble County released inmates can lead to a county release card, a state corrections record, a court disposition, or a supervision status. Each source answers a different question. Noble County released inmates may have returned to the community, entered supervision, or moved to another custodian. The recorded exit reason, release time, booking number, and receiving agency help distinguish those outcomes.

Noble County Inmate Release Meaning

A release from Noble County Jail means that the sheriff's custody for one booking ended. It does not always mean the person returned to the community. The official card may show Bail Bond, Cash Bond, Own Recognizance, Time Served, Fine Paid, Case Dismissed, DA Declined to File, Order by Court to Release, or Transferred to Another Facility. Those phrases record why the jail closed its part of the custody event. They do not decide guilt, erase the court case, or rule out a separate warrant.

The Noble County Sheriff's Office keeps the local booking and release record. A district or municipal court keeps the legal case. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections, or ODOC, keeps records for state custody and supervision. Federal or immigration custody has still different systems. A discharge is the formal end of the custody or sentence segment shown by the record. Parole is supervised release during the balance of a prison sentence. Probation is court-ordered supervision that may occur without a prison release.

A person who leaves the live roster may have been released, transferred, or moved into another system. Absence alone is not proof of community release.

Noble County Release Routes

The “Reason Released” field determines the next useful check. Bond and recognizance usually concern pretrial liberty. Time served, fine paid, and weekend served relate to a sentence or payment as the jail coded it. A dismissal, prosecutor's decision, or court order concerns legal authority for the exit. Transfer is different because another custodian may take control at once.

Bond or recognizance
Noble custody ended under a pretrial release mechanism. Check the Released timestamp and matching court docket.
Time served or fine paid
The jail coded a sentence-related exit. Compare the release card with the judgment or municipal case.
Dismissal, declination, or court order
Legal action supplied the exit reason. Use ODCR or Perry Municipal Court for that action.
Transfer
The person left Noble County Jail but may remain confined by another county, ODOC, ICE, USMS, or BOP.

Read the charge and arresting-agency lines too. The Noble feed combines sheriff arrests, Perry Police Department matters, Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrests, and holds for other counties. A person can have more than one booking, so match dates and the booking number rather than relying on a name alone.

Noble County Release Record Fields

The official Noble County released-inmates feed links each release to a specific booking. Its fields let a reader identify the event, measure the time in Noble custody, and interpret the exit without turning a booking allegation into a court finding.

FieldWhat it shows
Name, residence, and imageIdentity aids that should be compared with other details
Arresting agencyThe agency tied to that booking, not necessarily the record custodian for the case
Booking numberThe best local key for requesting the matching record or photograph
Bond amountThe bond listed on the booking card, not proof that release processing finished
ChargesBooking allegations that can differ from the final disposition
Booked and ReleasedThe start and end timestamps for Noble custody on that booking
Reason ReleasedThe sheriff's coded explanation for the local exit

The county release source is shown on the sheriff's release page.

The screen separates released records from live custody. It is stronger evidence of a recorded Noble jail exit than a missing name on the current roster.

Request Noble County Release Records

Older entries, missing photos, and records needed in a stable format should go to the Sheriff's Records Division. Oklahoma law does not require an agency to create a new analysis. Ask for an existing jail-register entry and booking/release record using a narrow date range. The sheriff lists copies and reports at $0.25 per page, but does not publish a separate electronic-photo fee, response time, or retention schedule.

  1. Collect the full name, approximate booking dates, booking number, and court number if known.
  2. Use the sheriff's request form. Ask for the date and recorded reason of discharge, any releasing or receiving agency kept in the file, and the related photo in its existing electronic form.
  3. State a neutral purpose, such as verifying a reported custody change, understanding a court process, or obtaining a personal record.
  4. Ask to inspect the record or receive a cost estimate before copies are made. The custodian decides format, redactions, exemptions, and the actual charge.

Noble County Release Record Law

The Oklahoma Open Records Act supplies a durable route when a name drops from a live roster. Section 24A.8 says a law-enforcement agency that maintains a jail register must disclose listed facts such as the prisoner's name, commitment date and cause, committing authority, description, and date of discharge or escape. Asking for the jail-register discharge entry is more precise than requesting all files about a person.

Section 24A.5 generally opens nonconfidential records for inspection and copying during regular business hours. Ordinary pages of the stated size generally carry a $0.25 maximum, while certified copies may reach $1 per page. Limited direct-cost search fees can apply in statutory cases. Juvenile, sealed, expunged, medical, victim, and active-investigation information may be withheld or redacted. When access is limited, request the custodian's reason rather than guessing.

Noble County Bond Release Confirmation

Noble County's official bondsmen instructions draw a useful line between paperwork and physical release. An improper or non-notarized bond will not be accepted and filed. The defendant remains subject to rearrest, and a bond for a filed case must carry the case number. Payment or delivery of a document is therefore not the final proof that jail processing ended.

The sheriff's Released timestamp is the better local event marker. Then read the exact reason, which may distinguish Bail Bond, Cash Bond, Own Recognizance, or a combined cash and surety outcome. A court bond entry can precede the jail's exit time. If the person remains on the in-custody roster, call the jail rather than predicting when processing will finish.

The county bond source shows why a filed document and a completed release are separate events.

Noble County bond information used to confirm release processing

The Noble release timestamp remains the local confirmation point after bond processing.

Noble County Release Record Expungement

Oklahoma has two different record changes that are often called expungement. A Title 22 §18 order can seal the entire arrest record when the live eligibility rules are met. A §991(c) deferred-sentence change updates the disposition to reflect a not-guilty plea and dismissal, but the OSBI expungement explanation says it does not remove the arrest record. A Noble release card or booking image may therefore remain even after the court disposition changes.

Under §19, the petition goes to the district court where the arrest information is located, with notice to the listed agencies. OSBI reports a $150 arrest-record processing fee and a usual processing period of about a month after it receives a certified order and payment. Court-record processing is described as free. Those steps do not guarantee that an unrelated copy elsewhere vanishes. The court order and current official records control.

Find Noble County Released Inmates

Begin with the custody event, not a broad name result. The Noble jail feed is the direct local release source. The current roster answers only whether the person appears in custody now. State, federal, immigration, court, and notification systems become relevant when the release reason or case history points beyond the county jail.

  1. Open the Noble released feed. Use browser-find, then compare booking number, booked and released times, arresting agency, residence, charges, and Reason Released.
  2. Check the separate live roster. A name still listed there has no public Noble release card for that booking. Absence from both sources calls for VINE, a jail phone check, and a records request.
  3. Search Noble County in ODCR, or Perry Municipal Court when the feed labels a municipal charge. A docket explains the legal event but not the exact jail-door time.
  4. Use ODOC only for a person received into state custody or state supervision. Read status, facility, and each sentence's Discharged Date.
  5. Use OK VINE for a specific-person custody check and alert. Confirm any notice with the supplying agency.
  6. For federal or immigration custody, use BOP or ICE. A pretrial federal transfer may require the federal docket, receiving facility, or USMS records.

A derived one-day view is explained on the Released Last 24 Hours page. It uses the same official feed and compares timestamps against a stated cutoff.

Noble County Release Court Search

The release feed labels both Perry Police Department municipal charges and district charges. Search district criminal matters through ODCR with Noble County selected. Review the charging paper, bond activity, plea, dismissal, judgment, sentence, commitment, warrant recall, and later completion entries in chronological order. Certified or older district records come from the Noble County Court Clerk.

A Perry municipal charge belongs with Perry Municipal Court. An empty district search does not resolve a municipal allegation. In either system, a docket date can explain why release became lawful while the sheriff's Released timestamp records when local custody actually ended.

The online district court search supplies the legal context.

The court screen should never replace the county release timestamp.

Noble County Release Supervision

A person may be out of jail and still have an active state sentence. ODOC Probation and Parole Services supervises parolees and state probationers. Search the offender record for ACTIVE status, an outside or community placement, and an undischarged parole or probation term. Then confirm the assigned office because Noble County coverage is split between northern and southern offices and the directory also lists an Alva association.

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board publishes monthly dockets and results, but a hearing date or favorable vote is not a physical release time. Administrative checks, other holds, release planning, or Governor action where required may follow. ODOC status, the Noble release card when applicable, and VINE provide the later event check. The local office split must be confirmed through the current ODOC supervision directory.

Noble County Post-Release Visits

Noble County has an unusual post-release rule. The sheriff's visitation page states that a person formerly incarcerated in the detention center may not visit an inmate there for six months after that person's release date. The recorded date therefore matters beyond a records search.

Use the release timestamp tied to the person's actual booking. A later booking creates a different custody event, while a court date does not substitute for the jail's release date. Questions about how the rule applies belong with the jail because no broader exception or alternative timing rule was documented.

Noble County Release Transfers

“Transferred to Another Facility” proves that Noble County Jail ended its custody. It does not prove return to the community. A hold for another county points toward that county's jail or court. A state commitment points to ODOC. A federal pretrial move may require the federal docket, USMS records, or the named contract facility, while a later federal sentence may appear in the BOP locator.

The BOP Inmate Locator covers sentenced federal inmates from 1982 onward.

A BOP result remains system-specific. Supervision, state custody, immigration custody, or another warrant can still exist.

Noble County Release to ICE

An immigration handoff needs special care. ICE describes a detainer as a request for notice and up to 48 additional hours beyond the ordinary release point so ICE can assume custody. It is not itself a finding about deportation. The Noble jail may accurately record its discharge even though a new federal custodian takes control.

The ICE Online Detainee Locator can show current custody and releases from ICE custody during the preceding 60 days. Search with a nine-digit A-number and country of birth, or exact name, country, and birth date. A Noble discharge followed by an ICE result documents two different custody stages. After the 60-day window, no result proves nothing about the earlier handoff.

Noble County Release Notifications

Noble County's live roster points directly to OK VINE when someone may have been released or transferred. Search one person in Oklahoma, compare the custodian and identifying details, and read the event wording. Registration may offer phone, email, text, app, or TTY channels. Telephone notices use a four-digit PIN to acknowledge delivery.

A VINE alert is a notification from a participating source, not a certified discharge record. Release and transfer are distinct events. Save the wording and time, then compare it with the Noble release card, jail-register entry, ODOC status, or receiving agency. PPB hearing notices and ODOC victim notifications are separate programs.

Noble County Release Source Comparison

Each official source answers a limited question. Combining them produces a more defensible statement than treating one missing name as proof.

SourceWhat it answersMain limit
Noble live rosterIs the person shown in the jail now?Does not preserve the release event
Noble released feed or registerWhen and why did Noble custody end?Transfer may continue custody
ODCR or municipal courtWhat legal action occurred? Not the physical release time
ODOCWhat is the state status and sentence discharge?County-only bookings may not appear
VINEWhat custody event did a participant report?Notification is not a certified record
BOP or ICEWhat does that federal system report?Other custody or supervision may coexist

A sound release statement names the booking number, Released date and time, exact Reason Released, and any transfer clue. Add the court disposition or state sentence status separately. If dates conflict, ask each custodian what its timestamp represents instead of choosing the most convenient one.

Noble County Release Facility

Noble County Jail is the only verified detention facility physically in or officially serving as the county's published booking facility. It is operated by the Noble County Sheriff's Office in Perry and holds bookings from several local and state arresting authorities. No separate Perry jail, ODOC prison, federal prison, or ICE detention center was verified in Noble County.

That single-facility map does not mean every release ends in Perry. The Reason Released, charge line, and agency field can point toward a receiving county, ODOC, ICE, or federal custody. When the destination is not clear, the jail phone, VINE, and a focused register request form the local fallback chain.
